I had a great stay! The hotel had a beautiful location, although a bit noisy during the day due to activities. The pool view room I stayed in was well appointed and comfortable, but the noise could be a downside during the day.
The hotel offers nice, spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the sea, huge pool, and garden, but the room was not ready upon my arrival at 6 pm. The location is great for a stopover between Dubai and Muscat, near the sea, but hard to access without a car and limited dining options nearby.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms overlooked the pool and sea, which was lovely, but I wished there was a choice of pillows available. Ordering from the hotel restaurant was limited to the buffet only, which made it very crowded at times.
After a long check-in process, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room, but the view was disappointing. The hotel is located right by the sea, which was a plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with a special shoutout to Jessel for her help. However, the service staff seemed to be filling orders without consent. The breakfast wasn't up to par and quite expensive, although there were exquisite dining options available. The facilities were good, but there were some issues with requesting assistance for the sauna and jacuzzi. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms, though a pillow choice would have been welcome. The rooms are clean and peaceful, suitable for both regular and superior stays. The service is characterized by cheerful and helpful staff, providing excellent support and kindness. The location is ideal as a stopover point between Dubai and Muscat or Jebel Akhdar, with some renovation work in progress. The dining experience, despite being hot with a good selection of items, may fall short of 5-star hotel expectations. The facilities are good, and the hotel extends all help and support required to provide an exceptional and beautiful experience.
